Scope of Services

Mzanzireg provides assistance with company registrations, name reservations, and related compliance filings. Our service includes preparation and submission of documents to CIPC and other authorities.

Fees & Payments

  • Standard Non-Profit Company (NPC)registration: R1990.00 (incl. fees)
  • Additional directors beyond 3 will cost R50 per director
  • Name reservation rejection: R150 per new application

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and required documents. Mzanzireg is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.

Refund Policy

Once payment is made and documents are submitted, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Mzanzireg will take all reasonable steps to process registrations but cannot be held liable for delays, rejections, or issues arising from CIPC or other third parties.
