Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services

Mzanzireg provides assistance with company registrations, name reservations, and related compliance filings. Our service includes preparation and submission of documents to CIPC and other authorities.

Fees & Payments

  • Standard company registration: R899.00 (incl. fees)
  • Additional directors/shareholders: R50 per person
  • Name reservation rejection: R150 per new application

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and required documents. Mzanzireg is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.

Refund Policy

Once payment is made and documents are submitted, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Mzanzireg will take all reasonable steps to process registrations but cannot be held liable for delays, rejections, or issues arising from CIPC or other third parties.

Why 1200 Shares? Understanding Shares

Shares are like pieces of a pie

We create 1200 pieces for you to give to different shareholders. The more of the pie someone holds, the more of the company they own.

Do you prefer percentages?

To help you with that we have provided a calculator button. Type in the percentage and we give it to you in shares out of 1200.

Why we use 1200

As shares are not divisible, and there is no such thing as half a share, it makes sense to use the total shares of a company to be a number that is divisible by almost every number.

For that reason Mzanzireg always registers companies with 1200 shares. This is divisible by 2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10,12.

For this reason Mzanzireg also allocates all the shares to the shareholders.

Before you can continue, please make certain then that all the shares add up to 1200.
